Lay Li brings with her 17 solid years of high impact experiences in the learning and talent development field in the financial services industry.

As the Vice President in a financial institution in Singapore, she was responsible for the running of the key talent development programme targeted at management associates in the region. She also played the role of Learning Relationship Manager for key divisions like Global Treasury, Group Investment Banking and Finance. Her passion lies in creating learning solutions based on the needs of her stakeholders.

With her expertise in the learning and development domain, Lay Li also served as a coach to many internal management staff on how to deliver effective and impactful training programs and initiatives.
Some of the training she has delivered includes Train-The-Trainer programs, career development, team-building, focus group workshops and technical courses. To date, she has trained over 500 staff in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, India, China, Malaysia and Korea. As the user project manager for the implementation of the Learning Management System for 13,000 employees globally, she has effectively led and managed various team members from different functions leading to successful rollout.

Lay Li is educated in Nanyang Technological University with Second Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Business. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also certified in DISC, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
